Hi, and thank you for visiting my site.  I hope the information you find will take you on a journey to better health and happy living naturally.  My goal is to keep you informed of all the natural remedies, healthy recipes, and other health issues and concerns. Classes will be coming soon, focusing on several elements to include spiritual formation: Vocation Calling, Finances, building or re-building your faith, intellectual formation, resource stewardship, health, emotional, and physical formation. All these elements help individuals to stay balanced and ready to take on the world.  When the body is at a natural and healthy state, it is able to handle the everyday stresses, demands, and challenges we encounter.

There are so many sites with vital information that are available to you on the internet.  However, it can be overwhelming to know which ones are helpful and true.  I like to focus on natural ways to keep us healthy, with no chemicals or drugs, but using food to fuel our bodies. God has created so much for us to use to stay healthy.  The Bible is our instruction to life, and if we adhere to those biblical principles, we can live a joyful and fruitful life with discipline, hard work, and focus.  Hebrews 12:11-12, tells us “Now no discipline seems to be joyful at the time, but grievous. Yet afterward, it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness in those who have been trained by it. Therefore lift your tired hands, and strengthen your weak knees."

Applying discipline in our daily lives will yield healthy and happy lives.  Who does not want to live life without worrying about medications, physical mobility limitations, and things we can't control.  Give it to God.  Matthew 11:28-30 tells us, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light" (NIV).

"Let food be thy medicine" ~ Hippocrates.

God created many of the earth's elements and gifts to live a healthy, joyful, and fruitful life.  It is important that you know what is available to you, so you can explore all options for healthier living, naturally.  The use of essential oils, spiritual formation, exercising, healthy eating of fruits, vegetables, and nuts, living debt free, having your financial security, and a good mental state,  are all part of a healthy living lifestyle. In Genesis 1:11, God said, "Let the land burst forth with every sort of grass and seed-bearing plant.  And let some trees grow seed-bearing fruit. The seeds will then produce the kinds of plants and trees from which they came."   There is a reason why we have the fruits, vegetables, and herbs available to us as science, medical experts, and nutritionist stress the importance of eating plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Take charge and educate yourself on how you can manage your body.  1 Corinthians 6:19-20, " Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. “Therefore, whether you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God” (1 Cor. 10:31).

I hope you find the information helpful so you can "Live Healthy the Natural Way."
